Free Trial
- The standard free trial has 30-day terms.
- If you come to the end of your trial and find that you didn’t have enough time, extensions are allowed on a case by case basis but will require some context.
- Prior to expiry you will be sent a reminder of the expiration date of your trial.
- The pricing model for Voiceitt is as follows:

The price break points are for single orders only, meaning the breaks only apply when you purchase 10+ licenses in one order. You cannot accumulate 10 orders over time and qualify for the price break.

Professional Trial Subscription
- The professional trial is a 3-month rolling subscription where we will touch base every quarter. This will be in the form of a short questionnaire.
- If it is decided that it would still be useful for you to have the professional subscription, it will be renewed for a further 3 months.
- These trials are for use by professionals only.
- Accounts are subject to termination if improper use is found.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for account creation with weekends and bank holidays in consideration.

Paid Subscription
- Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
- Payment is required before the conversion from a free trial to a paid subscription.
- Prior to expiry you will be sent a reminder of the expiration date of your subscription. This will be 1-2 weeks before the expiry date.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must give us 5 working days’ notice before the expiry date.
