1. How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box found on the order tracking page. Then press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
2. How Long Will it Take to Get My Package?
We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Items ordered before 15:00 will normally be dispatched within one working day of your order being placed, if items are in stock.
3. Do I Need an Account To Place Order?
To place an order, it is not necessary to have an account. however, an account is recommended in order to save your details for ease with future purchases.
4. What Shipping Methods are Available?
Shipping methods are dependent on Royal Mail available services for the size of the product(s) and weight. Your options will be displayed at checkout.
