The Specs Assistive Switch is a plastic smooth switch.

The switch provides an auditory click with tactile feedback.

The switch includes a 24-inch strap.  Enabling the switch to be mounted to the hand or thumb for instance.

In addition the switch is available in a variety of colors for example Red, Yellow, Green.

The screw can provide a more permanent mounting option. Allowing fixture to an oject such as a desk for example.
