Voiceitt Subscriptions Terms and Conditions

Free Trial

  • The standard free trial has 30-day terms.
  • If you come to the end of your trial and find that you didn’t have enough time, extensions are allowed on a case by case basis but will require some context.
  • Prior to expiry you will be sent a reminder of the expiration date of your trial.
  • The pricing model for Voiceitt is as follows:

Prices are excluding VAT.

The price break points are for single orders only, meaning the breaks only apply when you purchase 10+ licenses in one order. You cannot accumulate 10 orders over time and qualify for the price break.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for account creation with weekends and bank holidays in consideration.
  • If you have a question or need any help, support hours are Monday to Thursday excl bank holidays, 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 3:30pm.

Professional Trial Subscription

  • The professional trial is a 3-month rolling subscription where we will touch base every quarter. This will be in the form of a short questionnaire.
  • If it is decided that it would still be useful for you to have the professional subscription, it will be renewed for a further 3 months.
  • These trials are for use by professionals only.
  • Accounts are subject to termination if improper use is found.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for account creation with weekends and bank holidays in consideration.
  • If you have a question or need any help, support hours are Monday to Thursday excl bank holidays, 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 3:30pm.

Paid Subscription

  • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
  • Payment is required before the conversion from a free trial to a paid subscription.
  • Prior to expiry you will be sent a reminder of the expiration date of your subscription. This will be 1-2 weeks before the expiry date.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must give us 5 working days’ notice before the expiry date.
