Adapt-IT Limited was created in 2001 by Martyn Slyper to provide assistive technology such as specialist computer equipment, software, and training to allow adults and children to use technology in the most efficient and comfortable way.

In 2021, it was bought by husband and wife duo Simon and Jane O’Gorman of TRaC Defence Holdings, a specialist organisation for Cyber Security and IT service provision, who took on first team member Jess soon after. After 3 years of operation the Adapt-IT family grew when team member David joined!

Adapt-IT is a small family-owned business with a team who are passionate about technology and helping people in any way they can. Each member brings a different skillset and elements of knowledge to ensure we can provide unparalleled services and expertise.

Our mission is to make information technology secure and accessible for everyone, at home, school and in the workplace. No one should have to face barriers when trying to do their job, studies, or hobbies. We strive to provide products that allow everyone to have a comfortable and effective computing experience – without the fuss.
