Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Adapt-IT.​ The terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy are as follows.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business days however orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method

 We use multiple different shipment carriers such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Estimated delivery time

Royal Mail:

  • 1st Class – 1-2 days
  • 2nd Class – 1-2 days
  • Tracked 24 and 48 hours – 1-2 days
  • Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm – Guaranteed next working day.


  • Express9 – Next working day by 9am
  • Express10 – Next working day by 10am
  • ExpressAM – Next working day by 12 noon
  • Express24 – Next working day
  • Express48 – Within 2 working days
  • Express48 Large – within 2 working days for items upto 2.5m long
  • Ireland Express – Next working day


Shipment cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to receive a refund. In other words, your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged, we require photographic proof of the product and also the packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund should you receive a refund.
