1. How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box found on the order tracking page.  then press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

2. How Long Will it Take to Get My Package?

We use royal mail which allows you to choose the best postage method for the order you have placed.  Items will normally be dispatched within one working day of your order being placed, if ordered before 15:00 your item will be shipped the same day as long as the item is in stock.

For 1st Class your item can take 1-3 days for second class 2 – 5 days.  if parcel force is used this will depend on the service you have selected.

3. Do I Need an Account To Place Order?

To place an order, it is not necessary to have an account.  however, an account is recommended in order to save your details for ease with future purchases.

4. What Shipping Methods are Available?

Shipping methods are dependent on royal mail availabilie serviced for the size of the product(s) and weight. Your options will be displayed at checkout.
